By downloading or using Voliu, you agree to these terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, and any App Store terms that govern your download or purchase flow.
This B-surface terms page is intended for an adult-use version of Voliu. By using this version, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these terms. Access may be restricted or ended if this requirement is not met.
Voliu is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, you may install and use the app on compatible devices you own or control for personal, lawful use.
You are responsible for your device security, the accuracy of information you provide, and the use of any access linked to your app experience. We may limit or refuse access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
If this build offers paid digital items, premium access, or subscriptions, those transactions must be completed through Apple's App Store systems where required. Product details, pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms should be shown in the Apple purchase flow before you confirm payment.
Subscription management, many refunds, and payment-method updates are usually handled through your Apple account. Access to paid features may change if Apple reports cancellation, refund, billing failure, or related account events.

Access may be suspended or ended if necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain platform compliance, or respond to misuse. Feature availability may change between builds, regions, or future versions of Voliu.
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, operational, platform, or product changes. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised version to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Voliu is provided as available and as offered at the time of use. No guarantee is made that every feature will always remain uninterrupted or available on every device configuration.
